There are many different aspects to Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) which may be encountered in many different areas of life. This course will give you an overview of some specific areas of Special Educational Needs, an explanation of some of those identified needs and an outline of some various Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

You will learn more about the difficulties faced by someone with SEND and understand how they can be supported.

Module 4 – SEND and the Education System

  • Identifying and supporting different types of SEND

Module 5 – SEND and the Healthcare Sector
