Equality, Diversity & Inclusion in Healthcare
  • Duration: 2 hours

Synopsis of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion in Health and Social Care

All individuals have the right to be treated fairly and being mindful of equality, diversity, and inclusion in healthcare will ensure that all individuals feel valued and respected. This is particularly important in a health and social care situation. You will learn about the laws and regulations, and all your duties as a care worker or an employer.

This is particularly important for adults in need who, because of a disability, illness or their age, are unable to take care of themselves so you have to ensure they are treated fairly.
